1. Sale of Puppy

The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, one (1) Golden Retriever puppy for the adoption fee of $750.00 USD.

2. Health Guarantee

The Breeder guarantees that the Puppy is in good health at the time of sale and is up to date on vaccinations and deworming.

a. Veterinary Check

The Buyer must take the Puppy to a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receipt. If diagnosed with serious illness or a congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the Puppy.

b. Hip Dysplasia

The Breeder guarantees the Puppy against Hip Dysplasia for its lifetime. Diagnosis by two (2) licensed veterinarians is required. The Breeder will refund or replace the Puppy (buyer’s choice) upon return.

c. Communicable Diseases

If the Puppy is diagnosed with a communicable disease within fourteen (14) days of receipt, the Breeder will refund the full price (including shipping), provided the Puppy is returned.

3. Shipping & Pickup

 Shipping

If shipped, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Puppy will be sent through a reputable pet nanny service. Tracking info and flight itinerary will be provided.

4. Payment Terms

• • For delivery: Buyer must pay the total amount upfront so flight and booking can be done on as early as possible.

  All payments are to be made via Zelle or Chime

5. Buyer’s Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to:

• Provide the Puppy with proper care, nutrition, exercise, shelter, and regular veterinary attention.

• Comply with all local, county, and national laws regarding pet ownership.

6. Entire Agreement

This document is the complete agreement between Breeder and Buyer. No verbal changes are binding unless written and signed by both parties.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of US. Any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
